摘要:We present explicit solutions in the setting of Eulerian framework to the three-dimensional nonlinear water waves in two-layer flows. These solutions admit vertical structure and non-constant vorticity vectors. We consider two-layer flows whose density depends on the depth. Such two-layer flows appear usually in the equatorial regions, where due to the density stratification of the fluid caused by the change of temperature, a sharp interface-the thermocline-separates a shallow near surface layer of relatively warm water from a deep layer of colder water.

报告人简介:

储继峰,1979年10月生,安徽阜阳人,清华大学理学博士学位,教授,博士生导师。曾获教育部“霍英东高校青年教师奖”、“秦元勋数学奖”、山东省自然科学二等奖,并入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”、德国“洪堡学者”。从事微分方程、动力系统、海洋流体动力学的研究工作,共发表学术论文80余篇,主持国家自然科学基金4项。
